Rules & Regulations

📋 General Conduct

Rule	Description
Respect	Every student must show respect to teachers, staff, fellow students, and school property at all times.
Attendance	A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory. Students absent for more than 3 consecutive days must produce a medical or leave certificate.
Punctuality	Students must arrive at school by 7:55 AM. Late arrivals will be recorded and persistent lateness will be communicated to parents.
Dress Code	School uniform must be worn neatly and in good condition every day. Sports uniform is mandatory on PE days.
ID Card	Students must carry their School ID card at all times. Loss of ID card must be reported to the office immediately.
Mobile Phones	Mobile phones are strictly not permitted inside the school premises. Violation will result in confiscation and parent summons.

🏫 Classroom Behaviour

Rule	Description
Noise Levels	Students must maintain silence in classrooms, corridors, and the library during school hours.
Property Care	Students are responsible for taking care of school furniture, equipment, and infrastructure. Damage caused intentionally will attract fine.
Homework	All assigned homework and projects must be submitted on or before the deadline. Habitual non-submission will be reported to parents.
Gadgets	Use of electronic gadgets (tablets, earphones, cameras) is not permitted without explicit teacher permission.

🚌 Transport Rules

Rule	Description
Boarding	Students must board and deboard only at their designated bus stop. Changing stops requires written permission from the Principal.
Behaviour on Bus	Students must remain seated, maintain discipline, and follow the bus monitor's instructions at all times during transit.
Timing	Students must be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will not wait for late arrivals.

⚠️ Disciplinary Actions

Rule	Description
Warning	A written warning will be issued for the first violation of school rules. Parents will be informed.
Suspension	Repeated violations or serious misconduct may result in temporary suspension from school.
Strict Actions	Bullying, violence, theft, vandalism, or possession of prohibited items will result in strict disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
Academic Dishonesty	Copying in exams, plagiarism, or any form of academic cheating will result in cancellation of the exam and further disciplinary action.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent Guidelines

Rule	Description
Communication	Parents must respond promptly to all communications from the school. Regular parent-teacher meetings must be attended.
Visits	Parents wishing to meet teachers must do so only during designated Parent-Teacher Meeting hours, with prior appointment.
Fee Payment	School fees must be paid by the due date as per the fee schedule. Late payment will attract a penalty as per the fee structure.
Remarks Diary	Parents must sign the Student Diary / Remarks Book whenever a remark or communication is made by the teacher.
